Phase 1:
Develop Position Summary with
Client Requirements
- Work with client's input and priorities.
- Develop Position Summary and/or Recruitment Brochure.
- Develop recruiting ads.
Phase 2:
Identify and Assess Candidates
for Long List
- ADK utilizes its proprietary networking list and resume data base.
- In-depth resume review and Weighted Requirements Analysis are used to develop the Long List.
- Obtain input from client.
Phase 3: Interviews and Development of
Short List
- Telephone interviews from ADK developed proprietary questions.
- First personality assessment is administered.
- Reference checks are made.
- Input from client to narrow candidate list to a Short List.
Phase 4: Selection of the Finalist
- Proprietary personality and skills assessment is administered.
- Field interviews are performed on the Short List.
- Input from client to develop Final List.
- Final interviews conducted by the Airport with support and guidance from ADK.
- Assist Airport with contract and salary negotiations as requested.
Phase 5: Follow-Up
