Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Announces Deputy Executive Dir, Planning & Development

“We are very pleased and excited to have Patrick on our team,” said Frank Miller, Executive Director of the Hollywood Burbank Airport. “Patrick’s airport experience and his role with the FAA give him a unique perspective as the Deputy Executive Director for Planning and Development that will serve Hollywood Burbank well as we begin planning for a new terminal building and the associated infrastructure needs.”

Mr. Lammerding has worked with the Federal Aviation Administration as Assistant Manager, Los Angeles Airports District Office, for four years. Previously, he was Airport Certification Safety Inspector for the FAA for six years. From June 2006 to August 2007, he was Oxnard Airport Manager for the County of Ventura Department of Airports. He was Airport Operations Officer from October 2005 to June 2006.

"I'm very excited to be joining the management team at TBI Airport Management and the Hollywood Burbank Airport,” said Patrick Lammerding. “Not only is this a challenging next step in my own career, but it represents an opportunity to bring knowledge and skills to the table to benefit an airport, its users, and the surrounding communities. The coming years will be an exciting time for BUR, and I feel fortunate to be part of it."

Mr. Lammerding has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He is a Commercial pilot, multi-engine, instrument, certified flight instructor.
