Cheyenne Regional Airport Board Announces New Dir. of Aviation at Cheyenne Regional Airport

In his new position, Barth will be responsible for the oversight and administration of all facets of Airport owned facilities, including day to day operations of the airfield, oversight and operation of Legend Aero Serve (FBO), creation and implementation of long range plans and objectives, and interaction with a variety of private and governmental entities and individuals.

Barth brings close to thirty years of airport management experience to his position at CYS. Most recently, he served for nineteen years as the Airport Manager at the Vance Brand Municipal Airport in Longmont, Colorado. Prior to that, he held positions at the Birmingham International Airport, the Denver International Airport and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Barth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada, and is a Certified Member (C.M.) with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
