Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority Announces New Sr Manager-Air Service Research & Development
In his new position, Livsey will be responsible for researching, developing, and executing a significant increase in air service at the airport. He will also work closely with the President/CEO in recommending short term and long range goals, objectives, and strategies for the air service research and development functions. He will partner with the Authority’s designated air service development consultant in the analysis and preparation of focused air service presentations and develop passenger utilization information and analysis on existing air service routes to ascertain destination effectiveness including flight times and frequency.
Prior to his new position with MEM, Livsey held several positions with American Airlines, most recently as a Senior Analyst, Network Development.

Livsey holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Language and World Business from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN and a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
