Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County Announces New Assistant Dir. Aviation & Ops
In his new role, Carley will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the overall operational aspects of the Quad City International Airport.
In his last position, Carley served as the Director for Ohio University Airport, a position he held since 2004. He oversaw daily operations and developed the master planning and capital improvement program initiatives for the airport. Prior to that, he worked at Rickenbacker International Airport for twelve years, holding several positions including Operations Director and Interim Airport Director.

Carley is an accredited airport executive who holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio State University with a course concentration in aviation management.
Carley and his wife Shannon have two children.
