Mineta San José International Airport Announces New Deputy Director of Finance & Administration
Hawk has over 25 years of experience in finance, most recently as the Vice President, Finance – Global Business Units at the Oracle Corporation, where she led a team of sixty finance professionals globally and was responsible for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for a $1 billion Consulting group consisting of 4,000 consultants.
Prior to the fifteen years she spent at the Oracle Corporation, Hawk served in various financial roles including senior positions at Compaq Computers and Deloitte and Touche.
"With her many years of experience and knowledge of financial management, Kim is an important addition to our senior leadership team. The perspective she brings from the private sector will strongly contribute to SJC's priority of achieving financial sustainability," said Acting Assistant Director of Aviation, John Aitken. "We are especially pleased that Kim will work closely with Terri Gomes over the coming months to share City, Airport and industry best practices and knowledge to achieve a seamless transition."

Hawk received a BS in Accounting from the California State University, Fresno, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
