The Indianapolis Airport Authority Announces Selection of Business Development Analyst
In her new role, Bishop will be responsible for supporting analysis for all air service, business development, properties and commercial enterprise initiatives. Additionally, she will sustain and move forward commercial enterprise strategies through data collection, feasibility studies analysis, marketing development and reporting as well as other supporting services towards the success of the IAA’s air service and properties programs. Bishop will support the business development function with implementing programs that increase commercial and cargo air traffic service to the community as well as other ancillary revenue as taken on by business development and properties.
Bishop’s economic development experience has been largely in Austin, Texas, where she most recently served as the Director of Clean Energy & Power Technology at Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, Bishop was the Chamber’s Director of Business Retention & Expansion.
Bishop was the Founding Member of the World Economic Forum Global Shaper - Austin Hub and served on the Board of Directors for both the CleanTX Foundation and the Pecan Street Project, the world’s preeminent research network of energy and water customers.
Bishop has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.
