The Omaha Airport Authority Announces Selection of Senior Analyst, Air Service Development
In his new role, Laming will provide guidance and assistance in securing and retaining air service with a focus on analytics and relationships. He will also work with local airline management and airlines’ headquarters staff to develop policy, maximize current operations and effect future service. This position is a member of an interdepartmental team that assesses airline requests and develops responses to those requests, and will serve on the OAA Public Affairs team with other assigned members; preparing and disseminating information for the news media, participating in news interviews and conducting public presentations. This position also collects, interprets, and analyzes data from a variety of sources to build strategies for department needs and to support organizational goals and objectives.
Laming most recently served as the Business Development Specialist with the Huntsville Madison County Airport Authority and prior to that, he was an Airport Operations Specialist at the airport.
Laming has both a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA from Auburn University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing from Indiana University. He holds a certified member (C.M.) designation from the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
