The Clark County Department of Aviation Appoints Mark Moffitt as Assistant Airport Facilities Manager

LAS VEGAS, NV – The Clark County Department of Aviation has named Mark Moffitt as Assistant Airport Facilities Manager. In this role, Mr. Moffitt will manage the operations and staff of the Facilities division for Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). He will begin his position on May 2, 2022.

Bringing a strong background in maintenance, project management, and team development, Mr. Moffitt most recently worked for Clark County Building & Fire Prevention as Building Plans Exam Specialist. He was responsible for evaluating building plans for life safety and code compliance prior to inspection and permit issuance. Previously, he worked for the Clark County Department of Aviation for 12 years and most recently was the Airport Maintenance Superintendent. In that position, he was responsible for 30 Electrical staff across multiple facility disciplines governing building construction and modification.

Mr. Moffitt is an instrument rated pilot and earned his license as a Master Electrician.
