The City of Dallas Works with ADK to Recruit Deputy Director – Airport Operations

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, partnered with the City of Dallas to recruit Jordan Biegler, A.A.E., as Deputy Director – Airport Operations. In this role, Mr. Biegler will provide executive leadership for the operations, safety, security, and emergency readiness across the Dallas Airport System. He will oversee all public safety, emergency management, and security functions while serving as a liaison to federal, state, and local agencies.
Mr. Biegler has a strong background in airport operations, safety, emergency management, and regulatory compliance at major U.S. hubs. Most recently, he was Assistant General Manager – Operations, Regulatory Compliance with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport where he was responsible for enterprise-wide safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Previously, Mr. Biegler worked for Tampa International Airport for 11 years, advancing from frontline positions to Director of Airport Operations and Emergency Management.

Mr. Biegler holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science and Administration from Western Michigan University. He went on to receive a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Florida. He is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
