The County of Orange Partners with ADK to Recruit Senior Engineering Manager

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Reynold Tang, P.E., S.E., as Senior Engineering Manager for John Wayne Airport (SNA). In this role, Mr. Tang will lead a multidisciplinary team, supporting the airport’s current and long-range infrastructure vision and needs. He will oversee SNA’s $700 million Capital Improvement Program and key initiatives involving airside, landside, terminal, and major utility projects.
Mr. Tang has worked for the County of Orange for more than ten years, most recently holding the title of Senior Airport Engineer. In that role, he managed a team of airport engineers and consultants who planned and designed airport projects. He also handled annual financial budget planning and resource management. Previously, Mr. Tang was a Civil Engineer for the Public Works Department where he managed the design and construction phases of the Santa Ana River Mainstem Project. He has also worked for Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers and Nishkian Menninger Consulting and Structural Engineers.

Mr. Tang received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer and as a Structural Engineer.
