Congratulations to Sybil Murphy, SHRM-SCP, on Two-Year Anniversary with ADK

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Sybil Murphy, SHRM-SCP, is celebrating her two-year anniversary as Senior Human Resources Consultant with ADK. Ms. Murphy has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and has been a great addition to ADK’s HR team of experts. In addition to her strong background in compensation studies, organizational analysis, and recruitment, she is also a career development specialist fulfilling her desire to help others.
Prior to joining ADK, Ms. Murphy was the Vice President, Human Resources for the Kenton County Airport Board which oversees the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), one of the nation’s fastest growing airports. At CVG, Ms. Murphy managed a $46+ million workforce budget, compensation, benefits, pension and legally required benefits. She also served as Director and Manager in the HR Department.
Ms. Murphy graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Personnel & Employee Relations. She earned her SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resources Management and is certified by WorldatWork as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
