ADK Completes Airport Organizational Review for Duluth Airport Authority

ADK Consulting & Executive Search was engaged by the Duluth Airport Authority to perform an organizational review of the Operations Department at Duluth International Airport (DLH).
DLH has been growing and expanding the airport through its capital improvement programs with plans for the next ten years. The project’s primary focus was to review the workload and staffing needs associated with airport operations, airport maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
