ADK Completes Organizational Study for Northern Colorado Regional Airport

LOVELAND, CO – ADK Consulting & Executive Search was engaged by the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) to update an organizational study that was originally created in 2019 based up FNL’s recently developed 2018 Strategic Plan.

The purpose of the update was to re-evaluate the suggested changes made in the previous study; assess the current and future changes of the industry and the airport and evaluate the impacts these have or may have; update the data used to make future recommendations; and assist FNL in ensuring they are adequately aligned for the current operation and for future growth.
