ADK Completes Salary & Compensation Study with Organizational Design Analysis for Turks & Caicos

TURKS & CAICOS – ADK Consulting & Executive Search was engaged by Turks & Caicos Airports Authority (TCIAA) to research and review salary information for the Authority.  While completing the salary review, ADK evaluated the current organizational alignment of job duties and structure and provided recommendations to leverage opportunities. The goal of the study was to ensure the Authority continues to meet today’s market demands and remains attractive and adaptable.
