ADK Recruits Director of Terminal Concessions for The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Ty Peterson as Director of Terminal Concessions for The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation. In this role, Ms. Peterson will provide strategic and operational leadership for all in-terminal concessions and non-aeronautical revenue programs at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE).

Ms. Peterson brings more than 10 years of commercial operations and airport concessions experience to the position, with a focus in managing complex commercial environments, maximizing non-aeronautical revenue, strengthening operator relationships, and guiding high-profile redevelopment projects. Most recently, she served as Assistant General Manager, Operations for ASUR Airports, LLC at JFK International Airport where she directed concession operations by partnering with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, operators, and ownership teams to maintain service excellence, financial performance, and brand standards. Ms. Peterson has also held positions with Pacific Retail Capital Partners and Simon Property Group.
