ADK Recruits Line Service Manager for Monterey Fuel Company

ADK Consulting and Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, assisted in the successful placement of Victor Mendoza as Line Service Manager for Monterey Fuel Company. In this role, Mr. Mendoza will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality servicing of aircraft at Monterey Jet Center. He will oversee all aspects of line service operations, including aircraft fueling, towing, and ramp management.
Mr. Mendoza is an experienced operations manager with more than ten years of leadership in the aviation industry. Most recently he served as Line Service Manager for Lubbock Aero where he managed line service strategy and operations, leading a team of 30 employees. Mr. Mendoza has also worked at Jet Center as FBO Manager, overseeing fuel management, customer relations, safety standards, and employee direction. In addition, he was Line Service Manager for Clay Lacy Aviation and Skyplace FBO.

Mr. Mendoza received an associate of applied science in Business Management from San Antonio Community College.
