ADK’s Linda Frankl, A.A.E, and Sybil Murphy, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, to Speak at National Airports Conference

ORLANDO, FL – Linda Frankl, A.A.E., Senior Practice Leader for ADK, will participate in a panel and Sybil Murphy, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, Senior Human Resources Consultant for ADK, will moderate a session at the 2022 F. Russell Hoyt National Airports Conference. The conference will be held in Orlando, Florida on October 9 – 11, 2022.

Ms. Frankl’s session is titled “Outside the Fence: Successful Recruitment and Retention” and will be held October 10 at 11:00 a.m. Meghan Dunn, A.A.E.Manager, Properties & Executive Affairs, Savannah Airport Commission, will be the moderator. Other panelists include Kimberly MaddoxVice President, Human Resources, Avports; Carter MorrisExecutive Vice President, AAAE Services, AAAE; and Judi Olmstead, A.A.E.Assistant Director of Airports, Myrtle Beach International Airport.

In this session, the speakers will discuss recruitment, employee development, and AAAE resources that will prepare airports to takeoff and soar to new heights.

Ms. Murphy’s session is titled “The Digital Divide: Embracing the Remote Workspace” and will be held October 11 at 9:00 a.m.  Joining Ms. Murphy as a moderator will be Judy Ross, A.A.E.Assistant Director of Aviation, Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport.
