Congratulations to Linda Frankl, A.A.E., for her 9th Anniversary with ADK!

ADK is happy to celebrate Linda Frankl, A.A.E.’s ninth anniversary with the company. Linda was the very first employee on the team with ADK and she has been instrumental in carrying the company forward.

As Director, Senior Project Leader with the company, Linda designs and manages effective and strategic recruiting initiatives that optimize a client’s interest. She also designs organizational development and talent management programs to advance strategic initiatives for airports and drive process and performance improvements. In addition, Linda has been responsible for organizational development work and compensation studies for ADK’s clients. She maintains commitment to customer service and attention to building strong partnerships.

What Linda appreciates most about being part of ADK is engaging with industry peers and learning about creative approaches to problem solving. She also enjoys discovering new methods, technology, and processes to achieve beneficial sustainable results.

Linda and her husband, Eric, live in Lexington, KY and Linda said that it may surprise people to learn that they practice minimalism when possible. They enjoy traveling to the Mediterranean and this year Linda has started biking approximately 100 miles per week.

Linda also has fun cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats, and is a proud to be a Riddle Grad. Go Eagles!
