Gale LaRoche, PhD, JD, SHRM-SCP, To Moderate Panel At ACI-NA Annual Conference

LONG BEACH, CA – Gale LaRoche, PhD, JD, SHRM-SCP, Senior Human Resources Consultant for ADK, will be moderating a session during the ACI-NA Annual Conference to be held September 30 – October 3, 2023. This year’s conference will be held at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center.

Gale’s session is titled “Getting the Memo: Internal Communications and the Workforce of the Future” and will be held on October 2 at 1:00 pm PST. The panel will discuss the rapid evolution in the way teams communicate and engage with the proliferation of more remote work options and an inter-generational workforce.  They will focus on the best practices and principles of internal communications to align teams, drive effective action, and deliver results.

Panelists include James Bogusz, President and CEO, Regina Airport Authority; Veronica Cintron, Vice President, Communications, Tampa International Airport; and Debi Marshall, Director of Human Resources, Syracuse Regional Airport Authority.
