Kenneth Gwyn, A.A.E., to Speak at the EMERGE Conference

UNION, NJ – Kenneth Gwyn, A.A.E., Senior Project Manager for ADK, will speak at the EMERGE Conference hosted by the National Forum for Black Administrators (NFBPA) National Office, NFBPA New Jersey Chapter, and the Kean University John S. Watson Institute for Urban Policy and Research. Held on July 25 – 28, 2024, in Union, NJ, this event is an opportunity to connect with public leaders and aspiring public servants, share insights, and engage in professional development. Through collaborative discussions and networking sessions, attendees explore key topics in urban policy and public service.
Mr. Gwyn will participate in a panel discussion titled “Next-Gen Public Administrators: Building the Future” on Thursday, July 25 from 9:40 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. This session will address how the next generation of public administrators will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance. The discussion will offer young professionals a unique opportunity to engage with leading talent acquisition experts specializing in the public sector. Additionally, the session will delve into current and emerging trends in public administration, providing insights that can help young professionals stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
