Kenneth Gwyn, A.A.E., ADK Senior Project Manager, spoke to attendees during the American Association of Airport Executives Annual Conference and Exposition in Boston. Mr. Gwyn served as a panelist for an educational session: Priming The Pump – Maintaining a Workforce Pipeline. The panel was facilitated by Maria Bremis, Vice President, Compliance, Diversity and Human Resources, AAAE. Other panelists included George Davis, Director, Signature Flight Support; Mary Mullally, C.M., Deputy Director, Organizational Development, Wayne County Airport Authority; Kevin O’Driscoll, Manager, Business Solutions, Aviation Department, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey; and Kenn Turner, Director, Diversity & Inclusion/Compliance, Massachusetts Port Authority.

They also shared case studies on how airports have effectively managed these challenges.
