Merchant Aviation Appoints Kirk Meredith as Program Manager for Concept Guardian Role with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

DALLAS, TX – Merchant Aviation has named Kirk Meredith as Program Manager for the company’s Concept Guardian Role with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to assist with the Central Terminal Area Expansion at Terminals A and C. Additionally, Mr. Meredith will serve as Merchant Aviation’s South-Central Regional Director. He began his new position in October 2021.
Mr. Meredith brings over thirty-five years of experience in Aviation Design, Planning, Program Management and Construction Management. He has led major projects and programs across the United States at roughly a dozen of the busiest airports (ATL, BWI, DCA, DEN, IAD, JFK, LAX, LGA, MIA, RDU, RSW, SAN, SFO). Mr. Meredith served as the Director of Construction Support Services to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s (ATL’s) Department of Aviation Planning & Development. He also held the roles of Lead Architect/Contract Project Manager to American Airlines for their new Terminal at JFK Airport.
More recently, Mr. Meredith had his own firm providing Design & PMCM Consultation to a prominent high-tech client in the “Silicon Valley” area of California. The program was the design and construction of a new corporate headquarters and associated infrastructure.
Mr. Meredith earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Spring Garden College and went on to earn his Master of Architecture and Master of Building Construction from the University of Florida.
