Michell McCann Named General Manager by The Car Park

LOUISVILLE, TN – The Car Park, a nationwide provider of comprehensive parking solutions in over 500 locations throughout the United States, has named Michell McCann as General Manager for its Louisville operation. In this position, she will oversee all aspects of on-street, off-street, enforcement, and events parking management for the Parking Authority of River City (PARC). She will manage over 5,000 on-street parking spaces and supervise 14 parking garages and five surface lots totaling 11,000 spaces. She began her new role on September 30, 2024.
Ms. McCann brings more than 22 years of management experience and 16 years in the parking industry. She has a strong background in driving revenue performance, growth and service excellence. Most recently, Ms. McCann was Market Leader for Metropolis Technologies where she oversaw operations at four major healthcare locations in Kentucky and Indiana. This included financial controls, business planning and efficiency improvements while leading a team of over 50 employees. Previously, she was Operations Manager for Towne Health in Michigan and Kentucky that included three hospitals.

Ms. McCann received an associate’s degree in accounting and finance from Hawaii Community College.
