Nedra Farrar Swift, IPMA-CP, SHRM-SCP To Speak At AMAC Airport Business Diversity Conference

CHICAGO, IL – Nedra Farrar Swift, IPMA-CP, SHRM-SCP, Senior Human Resources Consultant for ADK, will be speaking at the 37th Annual AMAC Airport Business Diversity Conference on June 20-23, 2022 in Chicago, IL. Ms. Swift will be moderating a panel titled “The Great Reshuffling” on June 21 at 8:15 am. Joining her as a panelist will be Delischa Wilds, Chief Administrative Officer, Philadelphia International Airport and Delischa Wilds, Chief Administrative Officer, Philadelphia International Airport.
The group will be discussing creative engagement methods to attract and retain talent in the aviation industry during this time of change. They will highlight perspectives from primes ACDBEs/DBEs and construction firms.
The Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) is the only national, non-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the full participation of minorities and women in employment and contracting opportunities throughout the aviation and aerospace industries.
