Spokane Airports Appoints Amy Anderson as Properties & Contracts Manager

SPOKANE, WA – Spokane Airports has named Amy Anderson as Properties & Contracts Manager for Spokane International Airport (GEG) and Felts Field (SFF). In this role, Ms. Anderson is responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing leases and contracts as well as overseeing risk management and property development. She began her position on May 16, 2022.
Bringing 20 years of experience in property management, leasing, financial administration and marketing, Ms. Anderson most recently was the Realty Specialist, Transaction Manager for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. Previously, she worked for General Services Administration as Lease Contracting Specialist, Transaction Manager and for the United States Army Corp of Engineers as Chief, Real Estate Operations. She also worked for The Davis Group as Senior Property Manager.
“I’m very excited to join the team at GEG and SFF,” said Ms. Anderson. “Aviation is in my blood – my father was a commercial pilot for 35 years and my mother was a flight attendant. I grew up going to airports regularly. The smell of jet fuel has always meant adventure to me and even more so now with my new undertaking here at GEG.”
Ms. Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the Washington State University. She also holds a Washington State real estate broker’s license.
