Jenny brings more than 18 years of professional experience to ADK, including eight years in aviation and extensive experience in executive support, process improvement, records management and customer service.

Jenny’s role at ADK is sourcing top talent for executive roles and collaborating with Project Managers and support staff for ongoing process improvements and customer service.

Prior to joining ADK, Jenny served as Coordinator, Maintenance for the Lee County Port Authority, supporting department leadership and administrative functions for over 100 maintenance employees. She led support coordinators, streamlined processes, developed departmental procedures and records systems, and collaborated across departments to improve administrative and financial functions.

Jenny is also an active leader with the Florida Airports Council, serving as Education Committee Chair from 2024 to 2026 and helping lead its scholarship and fundraising efforts. In 2025, she was recognized as one of Airport Business magazine’s Top 40 Under 40.

Jenny holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College and is a Certified Administrative Professional and Certified Guest Service Professional.

Jenny is a new resident of Mississippi. She enjoys caring for her family; walking, jogging, and strength training; and spending time with her husband, Michael.
