Stephanie Adams has over twelve years of experience in various aspects of analytical research and data management, with five years being focused on LinkedIn recruiting. She believes recruitment is more than just collecting data but forming connections with potential candidates to best align them with available opportunities. She began working with ADK’s administrative team in 2017.

Stephanie’s previous experience includes 10 years with her county’s Board of Elections, starting as a Clerk at 16 and advancing to being a Precinct Manager during her last two years, as well as a year and a half with the College of Coastal Georgia’s Office of Disability Services as a Student Assistant performing administrative duties.

She obtained an Associate of Visual Arts degree in May 2015 and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in December 2016 from the College of Coastal Georgia. Her activities on campus included publications in the campus’ art and literary magazine Seaswells, leadership in the Art Club for two years, and induction into the Golden Key Honour Society.

Stephanie resides in Brunswick, Georgia. When not involved with ADK assignments she is either tinkering away on her latest art projects or working on the family farm.
