The CVG Airport Partners with ADK to Recruit Vice President, Safety, Security & Compliance

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Casey Kinosz, C.M., as Vice President, Safety, Security & Compliance for Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). In this role, Mr. Kinosz will provide strategic and operational oversight of safety management systems, security programs, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Kinosz is an accomplished aviation executive with extensive experience in airport operations, security, emergency management, and OSHA compliance. He joined CVG Airport in 2019 as Director of Operations, bringing a proven track record of operational leadership and regulatory expertise. He began his aviation career as an Operations Specialist with the Grand Forks Regional Airport Authority before joining Blue Grass Airport, where he advanced from Operations Specialist to Airport Operations Supervisor, taking on progressively greater leadership responsibilities.

Mr. Kinosz earned a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives.
