The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Names Stacey Nance as Director of Airport Concessions

TAMPA, FL – The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority has named Stacey Nance Director of Airport Concessions. In this position, she will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of food and beverage, retail, advertising, passenger services and vending for all airport terminals and Authority properties. She began her new position on July 3, 2023.
Ms. Nance has more than 25 years of experience with publicly and privately held real estate developers. Most recently she was General Manager, Asset Management for Strategic Property Partners. In that role, she managed retail and Class A office tenants, and third-party management teams within the residential and hotel divisions, contained in a 53-acre, downtown development project. Previously, she worked for Simon Property Group, holding the titles of General Manager, Tampa Premium Outlets; General Manager, Muncie Mall, Muncie Plaza, Fort Wayne Community Center; and Area Director of Business Development, Muncie and Markland Malls.
Ms. Nance graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. She is actively involved in the local Tampa Bay community, serving on several boards including the North Tampa Bay Chamber Board of Directors.
