The Naples Airport Authority Appoints Larisa Zadorecky, SHRM-SCP, SPHR as Director of Human Resources

NAPLES, FL – The Naples Airport Authority has named Larisa Zadorecky, SHRM-SCP, SPHR as Director of Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Zadorecky will serve as the Authority’s in-house expert on human resources laws, policies and procedures and will guide the use of the employer brand “APFCARES about you, your family and future” by ensuring inclusion both internally and externally. Ms. Zadorecky began her new position on September 29, 2022.
Ms. Zadorecky is a seasoned human resources professional, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources for Moorings Park Community Health. In that role, she was responsible for employee retention and recruitment and talent and organizational development. She has also worked for Bonita Community Health Center as Director of Physician and Employee Relations and Detroit Stoker Company as Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Zadorecky earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and went on to receive her master’s degree in Business Administration from Hodges University. She received her Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management.
