Theresia Schatz, A.A.E., To Participate in “The Art of the Career Pivot” Session For International Aviation Womens Association

LEESBURG, VA – Theresia “Sia” Schatz, A.A.E., Senior Consultant for ADK, will participate in a webinar discussion titled “The Art of the Career Pivot” for the International Aviation Womens Association. Held on May 8, 2023 at 11am EST, this virtual event will feature stories and advice on how to make a major career shift. Whether you shift segments inside of aviation or are new to the industry, there is an art to making that pivot. Participants can learn from those who have taken the leap as well as hear from recruiting professionals on what they look for in candidates.

Joining Ms. Schatz on the panel will be Jennifer Pickerel, Vice President, Aviation Personnel International; Ivon Aheart, Co-Chair, Women for Aviation Initiative and Coordinator, Officer of the General Counsel, Airlines for America; and Kaitlyn Graham, Lead, Operations Performance Assurance, American Airlines. Kristiana Brix, Account Director, GE Digital – Aviation Software, will be moderating the panel.
