ADK to Present at YoPro Committee Meeting

ADK Consulting and Executive Search will speak about career development with the Young Professionals Committee of the American Association of Airport Executives (YoPro). This virtual meeting of the Southeast Central Chapter of AAAE will be held on September 8, 2026. Dan Sprinkle, A.A.E., Senior Project Manager, will be representing ADK.
Dan will share insights on current hiring trends, interview dos and don’ts, resume and cover letter best practices, and what to expect from today’s hiring process.
The Young Professional (“Yo-Pro”) Committee of the Southeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives supports aviation professionals age 40 and under through mentorship, networking, and targeted learning opportunities. This session will help Yo-Pros build visibility, teach important skills that hiring managers value most, and discuss ways to develop those skills.
