ADK Completes Capital Finance Manager Recruitment for Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Amy Cobasky, C.M., as Capital Finance Manager for Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM). Ms. Cobasky will secure and manage grant funding to advance the airport’s capital projects, overseeing the grant application process and maximizing funding opportunities.

Ms. Cobasky brings more than 15 years of leadership in airport and municipal finance, with a strong background in securing federal and state funding, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations across government entities. Most recently, she was Airport Financial Manager for Morgantown Municipal Airport in West Virginia, where she led the financial, administrative, and compliance functions. She also worked for the City of Morgantown, holding the titles of Revenue & Grant Compliance Manager and Budget & Accounting Manager.

Ms. Cobasky holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Organizational Change and Development from Fairmont State University. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Business Administration (HR / Leadership) from Waynesburg University. Ms. Cobasky is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives.
