ADK Partners with The City of Boise Department of Aviation to Recruit Deputy Director of Operations

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Nate Vogel as Deputy Director of Operations for Boise Airport (BOI). In this role, Mr. Vogel will manage the Airport Operations, Security, Technology, and Airfield Maintenance teams within the airport.
Mr. Vogel has more than twenty years of airport operations experience leading large, FAA Part 139-compliant airfields in complex, high-stakes environments. He has served in the United States Air Force since 2010, most recently serving as Director, SecAF-CSAF Strategic Execution Group. In that role, he led an elite team delivering executive decision support for the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force, directing enterprise-level actions for a $259 billion, 689K member global aviation portfolio.
Mr. Vogel has a strong background in long-term strategic planning, technology program oversight, interagency and local government collaboration. He is recognized for building stakeholder relationships, community trust, operational resilience, airport readiness, and staff leadership.

Mr. Vogel holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Nebraska. He went on to receive a master’s degree in Organizational Sciences & Management from The George Washington University and a master’s degree in National Security Strategy from National War College.
