ADK Partners with Tri-Cities Airport Authority to Recruit FBO General Manager

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Erick Lanier as FBO General Manager for Tri-Cities Airport Authority. In this role, Mr. Lanier will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations and long-term success of the authority’s FBO facility. He will be responsible for fuel and hangar sales, line services, customer service and retention, staffing, and compliance with all environmental, safety, and quality standards.
Mr. Lanier has a strong background focused on the business aviation sector. Most recently, he worked for flyExclusive as an Experience Concierge Representative where he worked closely with high-net-worth clients to cultivate and maintain relationships. He collaborated closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of clients’ experiences, encompassing flight crews, internal stakeholders, and service providers. Mr. Lanier has also worked for Volato, Grace Aerospace, Malone AirCharter, and Envoy Air Inc.
