Gale LaRoche, Ph.D., J.D., SHRM-SCP, Celebrates Four-Year Anniversary With ADK

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Gale LaRoche, Ph.D., J.D., SHRM-SCP, Senior Human Resources Consultant, is celebrating her four-year anniversary with ADK. Dr. LaRoche has more than 25 years of experience in the employment and human resources field.
Dr. LaRoche has extensive experience in HR management for both the public and private sector, serving as Vice President, Administration at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority before joining the ADK team. Her specialty is bringing in strategic HR best practices and technology to help organizations operate in a more effective and efficient manner. She has a wealth of experience in starting up and turning around inefficient HR departments to be effective and strategic partners to the business.
Dr. LaRoche’s aviation career experience includes serving as Vice President, Human Resources for the Wayne County Airport Authority (Detroit). Additionally, Dr. LaRoche has led the human resources function for many automotive suppliers, including The Crown Group, Android Industries, MSX International, and MascoTech.
Dr. LaRoche earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Concordia University. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. She also received her doctorate in Organizational Behavior Psychology and is a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan specializing in labor and employment law.
Dr. LaRoche holds a SHRM-SCP designation, is certified to deliver DDI and AchieveGlobal training and is working on her certification for StrengthsFinder coaching.
