ADK Welcomes New Team Member, Jennifer Cochran as Aviation Sourcing & Operations Coordinator

ADK Consulting & Executive Search is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Cochran to our team as Aviation Sourcing & Operations Coordinator. Jennifer brings more than 18 years of professional experience, including eight years in the aviation industry, with expertise in executive support, process improvement, departmental coordination and customer service.
Prior to joining ADK, Ms. Cochran served as Coordinator, Maintenance for the Lee County Port Authority, where she supported the Director of Maintenance and senior leadership while helping coordinate administrative functions for 112 maintenance employees. She led the department’s support coordinators, developed processes and digital records systems, and collaborated across departments to improve administrative and financial functions.
Ms. Cochran is also an active leader in the aviation industry. She served as Chair of the Florida Airports Council Education Committee from 2024 to 2026, helping strengthen the committee’s scholarship program, recruit volunteers and subject matter experts, and support annual fundraising efforts. In 2025, Ms. Cochran was named one of Airport Business magazine’s Top 40 Under 40.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Cochran supported the President & CEO of the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and held progressive roles with Old National Bank. Her experience included executive support, human resources, process improvement and confidential records management.
Ms. Cochran holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College and is a Certified Administrative Professional and Certified Guest Service Professional. Her collaborative approach, commitment to accuracy and passion for improving processes will make her a valuable addition to the ADK team.
