Congratulations To Christine Santiago on her Four-Year Anniversary with ADK

Join the ADK team as we congratulate Christine Santiago on her four-year anniversary with the company. In Christine’s role as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, Christine works on projects related to current issues and best practices in HR. “I have a passion for recruitment and enjoy the opportunity to work with the ADK team on searches and improving processes.”

What Christine enjoys most about working with ADK is that she values the experience and background of the ADK team and the opportunity to “work with and learn from such wonderful supportive people.”

What surprises people is to find out that Christine’s early career was as a Registered Nurse working in mental health services and as a nursing administrator. Also, that her introduction to executive search was as a health care recruiter for large hospitals.

When discussing travel, Christine told us, “I have been lucky to be able to travel to many countries over the years. Some great memories are wine tasting in Argentina, and outdoor cafes and beaches in Spain and the Greek islands.”

Chris loves spending time with her two dogs: a large Boxer and a very small Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix that she adopted. Her hobby is stone carving. “I study with an experienced sculptor who reminds us ‘there are no mistakes’; it is always a matter of moving forward with what the stone presents.” That sounds like a great life lesson for all of us, Chris!
