WHPacific Announces New Aviation Project Manager

Strong brings over thirty years of extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction management of aviation facilities. He also has experience with aviation facility funding processes, funding sources and of FAA requirements and standards.

Most recently, Strong was the Program Manager at Jacobs Engineering Group and prior to that, he was a Senior Program Manager with the Benham Companies.

In his new role, Strong is responsible for continuing the development of the commercial services aviation market for WHPacific, including small, medium, and large hub airports.  His secondary focus will be to continue to support the pursuit of select general aviation (GA) airports.

Strong has both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He also holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation and is a private pilot.
