Nedra Farrar Swift, IPMA-CP, SHRM-SCP, to Speak at the SHE SOARS Women in Aviation Summit

Nedra Farrar Swift, IPMA-CP, SHRM-SCP, Senior Human Resources Consultant for ADK, will speak at the SHE SOARS Women in Aviation Summit hosted by The Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) and Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Held on September 18-19, 2025, in Atlanta, GA, this unique summit is curated for women in aviation, including mid- and upper-management professionals, aviation HR leaders, airport governing authorities, government officials and industry association leaders. It will focus on women’s multifaceted advantages in the workplace, career growth, professional development, and well-being of the mind and soul. 

Ms. Swift will serve as a moderator in a panel discussion titled “Mentored to Mentioned — Mentorship Helps You Grow, but Sponsorship Helps You Rise” on Thursday, September 18 from 3:05 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. This session will engage executives, mid-management professionals and entrepreneurs in meaningful discussions on exploring how mentorship and sponsorship drive advancement, and how both individuals and organizations must be intentional in cultivating them. Panelists will share lessons learned, stories of impact, and actionable strategies to expand access, accelerate growth, and uplift the next generation of aviation leaders. 

Joining Ms. Swift on the panel will be Natasha Biswas, Global Senior Vice President of Culture, Engagement & Development, Avolta; Alea LaRocque, Vice President, Business Development, WHSmith North America; and Tracey Payne, First Deputy Commissioner, Chicago Department of Aviation.
