Rod Dinger, A.A.E, ADK Senior Project Manager will be presenting with industry colleagues at the Emerging Leaders Conference to be held virtually January 18-20, 2022. The session, titled Career Development: A View From 3 Distinct Perspectives, will explore three different perspectives from industry professionals on career development and growth for young professionals.
Rod will share his knowledge through the lens of an Executive Recruiter, on what attributes employers are looking for from candidates looking to move into high-level management and executive positions.
Rod will be presenting with Stephen Clark, C.M., Deputy Director, Airport Commercial Development with Sacramento County Department of Airports and Luis Trujillo, C.M., Project & Site Manager with Aeroplex Group Partners. The session will be moderated by Jennifer Pysher, Chief Commercial Officer with San Antonio International Airport.
