Blake joins ADK with over 10 years of executive recruiting experience primarily focusing on public sector clients including aviation, ports, transportation, and local governments. Prior to getting into the executive recruitment industry, Blake practiced criminal law, primarily working for the Public Defender’s office. Blake is responsible for all business development efforts, contracts, and proposals at ADK.

Before joining ADK, Blake was a senior associate at K&A Partner, a boutique executive recruitment firm based in Chevy Chase, MD. Blake’s focus was on public sector recruitments, the majority of which were public transit agencies.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree with a minor in business from the University of Florida, Blake attended Barry University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree and became a licensed attorney in the state of Maryland. Blake also studied law abroad in Rome, Italy at Temple University School of Law’s Cultural Immersion Program.

Blake currently resides in Florida with his wife and three children. They enjoy traveling, attending Florida Gator football games, and going on cruises.
