The majority of Kenneth’s career was spent with the City of Dallas, where he quickly ascended through the ranks to lead several major departments and held multiple executive-level positions, including the role of Director of the Department of Aviation. In this capacity, Kenneth was responsible for the overall management and operation of Dallas Love Field Airport, Dallas Executive Airport, and the Dallas Vertiport/Heliport.

Prior to joining ADK, Kenneth worked at FedEx Express Corporation, where he represented the company on all airport-related lease and property development matters while managing a substantial real estate portfolio across 30 airports.

Kenneth is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E) and, as a seasoned airport executive, he has shared his experiences and knowledge through writing and training workshops. He has contributed as an editor, focusing on topics such as airport management, leadership, strategic planning, and customer service for several major association publications.

Currently, Kenneth serves on the adjunct faculty for the Dallas County Community College District, where he has taught courses in political science since August 1983. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The American University in Washington, D.C.
