Sybil is a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the ADK Consulting & Executive Search firm, providing retained executive search and consulting services.  With a strong background in total rewards, talent management, and project management, she ensures organizations maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Sybil’s expertise lies in analyzing/designing compensation programs and leading talent projects to find the perfect fit for organizations.

She previously served as Vice President, Human Resources at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport overseeing the strategic human resource functions for the Board.  She also spearheaded the CVG Strategic Workforce Collaborative, a campus-wide initiative uniting over 70 employers to create a vibrant workforce community, providing diverse talent in the Tri-State region with employment and growth opportunities.

Sybil holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations from World at Work Total Rewards Association, credentials esteemed by Global 500 companies.  These certifications underscore her ability to analyze, evaluate, and develop total rewards programs aligned with business strategies.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior & Personnel and Employee Relations from Miami University and maintains the SHRM-SCP designation.  

Sybil also serves as the Administrative Manager for the Airport Law Enforcement Agencies Network (ALEAN).

When not immersed in her professional pursuits, Sybil enjoys life in Tennessee with her husband, balancing the joys of keeping up with her children and shared interests in boating, hiking and traveling.
