Vanessa Garcia brings over eight years of leadership and operations experience, with a strong background in team development, organizational coordination, and relationship management. She has led multi-person teams, supported cross-functional initiatives, and cultivated long-term partnerships through strategic communication and attention to detail.

At ADK Consulting & Executive Search, Vanessa plays a key role in supporting executive search engagements and strategic business development initiatives within the aviation industry. She collaborates with project managers and consultants on talent research, candidate engagement, and coordinated outreach aligned with client needs.

Vanessa is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Communications at Arizona State University, further strengthening her expertise in strategic messaging and professional engagement. She is passionate about aviation leadership development and building meaningful connections across the industry.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys golfing, exploring local coffee shops, and cheering on the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks.
