Vanessa Garcia brings over seven years of experience in the retail management and administration industry. In her leadership roles, she has overseen twenty employees and provided coaching and training to improve performance and promote growth opportunities. She has cultivated business partnerships to build long lasting relationships with internal and external parties. In May of 2022, Vanessa was awarded the All Star Award for her leadership and great customer service with the Nordstrom corporation.

Vanessa is pursuing her undergraduate in Communications at Arizona State University. When not helping to maintain the ADK database and special projects, Vanessa enjoys playing golf, hiking with her dog Bella, and going to watch the Anaheim Ducks hockey games.
