The ADK Team Meets in Amelia Island

The ADK Team met recently at the Omni Resorts in Amelia Island for a two-day, in-person meeting where we engaged in lively and thought-provoking discussions. Topics included trends and challenges in executive search recruiting as well as our own process improvement. The group participated in team exercises, round table discussions and enjoyed the honor of a guest speaker.

Sarah Kendall Gow, PHR, SHRM-CP, Deputy Director of Human Resources at the City of Altamonte Springs, presented on the Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence revolution. Her session focused on the intersection of AI and HI and how to harness their combined power in our professional lives. We all came away with a deeper understanding of how embracing this new technology can transform our work processes and enhance our service offerings.

The ADK team was able to share knowledge, experiences, and strategies to improve our processes for both clients and candidates.
