The City of Phoenix Works with ADK to Recruit Assistant Chief Information Officer

ADK Consulting & Executive Search, a retained recruitment firm known for its expertise in senior executive searches in the aviation industry, announced the successful placement of Jamie Ritchie as Assistant Chief Information Officer for the City of Phoenix. In this role, Mr. Ritchie will support the Aviation Department’s IT strategy, infrastructure, operations and lead digital transformation initiatives across the department’s three airports (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, and Phoenix Goodyear Airport). He has been serving as Interim Assistant Chief Information Officer since July 2025.
Mr. Ritchie brings almost 25 years of experience in the IT industry including senior and executive level roles in technology at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic technology that enhances operational efficiency, supports critical airport functions and aligns with airport organizational goals. While at PHX, he has also served as Lead IT Manager and Interim Deputy Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Ritchie holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Arizona State University.
