The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Appoints Kristy Bork as Assistant Vice President, Finance

NASHVILLE, TN – The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) has named Kristy Bork as the Assistant Vice President, Finance.  In this role, Ms. Bork will be responsible for managing the treasury and accounting functions at MNAA and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, MNAA board policy directives, and MNAA investment policies.  She will begin her position on February 28, 2022.

Ms. Bork brings nearly 10 years of airport finance and administration experience to this role. Most recently she was the Assistant Director of Aviation, Finance and Administration for Springfield-Branson National Airport where she managed the airport business office staff, including overseeing the monthly billing process for airport tenants, and oversaw airport IT staff. Ms. Bork also worked for the City of Springfield, Missouri, as an Internal Auditor.

Ms. Bork earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Missouri State University.  She is an Accredited Member (A.A.E.) of the American Association of Airport Executives and is a Certified Public Accountant.
