ADK Completes Performance Management Project for Charlottesville Albemarle Airport

ADK Consulting and Executive Search was engaged by Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Authority (CHO) to assist the Board in measuring performance of the Executive Director. The project included designing an assessment tool that integrated the balanced scorecard methodology and leveraged information from a 360-degree appraisal. ADK developed a survey tool for internal and external stakeholder input and identified consequential metrics applicable to the airport goals and objectives that could effectively substantiate and communicate the employee’s performance. ADK has the capability to work closely with organizations to assist them in reviewing strategic objectives, and developing tools to monitor, measure, and influence performance. Performance measurement and designing incentive programs are some of the consulting services offered by ADK.
